Morton H. Levine CEO/Chairman . With more than 35 years of experience in real estate, Mr. Levine manages and administrates the residential land acquisitions, including the planning, zoning, development, financing and merchandising of the residential lots.

Timothy R. Doyle President. Mr. Doyle’s experience in homebuilding spans over 25 years commencing with the hands-on production and construction of homes to the management of a region for a AAA-rated public homebuilding company.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mr. Levine and Mr. Doyle formed Chase Residential Development Company, Inc. d/b/a Chase Communities in 1999 to buy land, develop it and build houses. Mr. Levine’s specialty in acquisition, project feasibility, planning, design, financing and development coupled with Mr. Doyle’s specialty in market analysis, superior home design, home construction and homebuyer liaison created a natural partnership that homebuyers in the Chase projects can rely upon for maximum quality of the project and the homes built on the properties purchased, developed and built by Chase Communities. Their combined knowledge of real estate allows them to seek out properties with the greatest potential to become the most desirable community in the neighborhood.   • Barse Property - Tilden Lane: 5 estate lots located at the corner of Tilden Lane and Cushman Road, Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Chestnut Lodge: A historic community located in the City of Rockville, Montgomery County, Maryland. The Plan includes construction of 36 new single family homes; the restoration of 1 historic single family home for occupancy by a third party consumer; the restoration, rehabilitation and renovation of the Main Lodge into 7 condominium units with underground parking; the restoration, rehabilitation or reconstruction of the Barn and the Stable to be accessory buildings to new or renovated construction; and the donation of Freida's Cottage to Peerless Rockville, a non-profit historic association.

  • Notley Acres: 3 single family custom homes located on Notley Road in Montgomery Count Maryland

  • Nottingham Woods: 7 single family custom homes located on Notley Road in Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • The Retreat at Love Creek: 160 single family lots located in Lewes-Rehobeth, Sussex County, Delaware. Chase will build 80 single family homes in this project, purchasing the lots on a take down basis.

  • Sawgrass North at White Oak Creek (Oak Creek): 226 single family lots located in Sussex County, Delaware. CRDC is the developer of the project. 113 single family lots sold to Equity Homes and Chase will build 113 single family homes in this project.

  • Sawgrass South at White Oak Creek (Warrington Creek): 106 single family lots located in Sussex County, Delaware. CRDC is the developer of the project. 46 single family lots and 176 townhouse lots are sold to M/I Homes and Chase will build 60 single family homes in this project.

Projects Built

  • Coxby's Estates: 21 Estate Homes on 1 Acre wooded homesites with access to Glebe Bay on South River near Annapolis in Anne Arundel County.

  • Goshen Hunt Farm: 18 Estate Homes built by Chase located at the corner of Goshen School Road and Woodfield Road, Montgomery County, Maryland

  • Goshen Hunt Manor: 13 Estate Homes built by Chase on 2 acre Wooded lots in Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Graystone at Marlborough: 20 single family homes built by Chase in Prince George's County, Maryland.

  • Seneca Brooke Estates: 36 Wooded estate lots in Montgomery County, Maryland. 18 lots sold to Rocky Gorge Communities and 18 estate lots were built by Chase Communities.

  • The Oaks at North Bethesda: 30 estate lots built by Chase located at the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Lux Lane adjacent to I-270, MOntgomery County, Maryland.

  • Tilden Lane: 2 estate lots built by Chase located at the corner of Tilden Lane and Cushman Road, Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Individual Custom Homes: Custom homes built on individual lots in the Washington Metropolitan area.

Projects Developed

  • Ashburn Village: A 1,580 acre planned unit development in Loudoun County, Virginia, consisting of approximately 5,300 dwelling units, a 225,000 square foot shopping center and 3,300,000 square feet of industrial and office park. Developed in association with Chevy Chase Savings Bank, F.S.B.

  • Cherrytree Farm: A 212 unit single family residential community in Howard County, Maryland.

  • Chevy Chase Park: 49 single family lots in a walled, private community at the prestigious location of Connecticut Avenue and Jones Bridge Road in Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Devonshire (East Hampton Estates): 185 single family lots located on Central Avenue near Church Road in Prince George's County, City of Bowie, Maryland.

  • Fernshire/Coventry: A 200 unit residential townhouse community in Gaithersburg, Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Fulton Estates: 10 single family lots located in Howard County, Maryland.

  • Greencastle Lakes: An 817 unit residential community located at the intersection of Greencastle Road and Route 29 in Montgomery County, Maryland

  • Kentsdale Estates: 49 two-acre estate lots in Potomac, Maryland.

  • Kings Valley Manor: 50 single family lots located in Montgomery County, Maryland. Lots sold to custom builders.

  • Lakecrest: 131 unit residential townhouse community in the Churchill Town Sector, Germantown, in Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Potomac Station: 18 two-acre estate lots in Potomac, in Montgomery County, Maryland. Lots sold to custom builders.

  • Quince Orchard Estates: 99 single family lots located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Ramblewood: 183 single family lots on Route 202, Prince George's County, Maryland.

  • River's Edge: an approximately 245 acre mixed use development in Fredericksburg, Virginia, consisting of approximately 1,076 dwelling units and .18 floor area ratio for neighborhood office/retail uses. Project was rezoned and joint ventured with the Silver Companies.

  • Robin Meadows: 525 single family and townhouse lots located in Frederick County, Maryland.

  • Stone River: 137 single family lots and 352 townhouse lots located in Stafford County, Virginia.

  • Summit Creek North: 128 single family lots and 94 townhouse lots located off Branch Avenue, Maryland Route 5 and Surratts Road in Prince George's County, Maryland.

  • Timberlane: 43 five-acre estate lots (septic and well) located in the Dominion Valley, Fairfax County, Virginia.

  • Travilah Oaks: 72 single family lots and 29 townhouse lots in Potomac, Montgomery County, Maryland.

  • Waters Landing: 1,500 acre "Town Sector" zoned "Mixed Use Planned Unit Development" in Germantown, Montgomery County, Maryland. The community consists of 8,000 residential units and two million square feet of office and industrial buildings. This project was planned, engineered, marketed and developed in association with The Prudential Insurance Company of America.
